Apprentice Lettings Assistant - Nine Elms

Are you passionate about Property and looking to progress your career? An excellent opportunity has arisen for an individual wishing to learn the Estate Agency industry as an Apprentice Lettings Assistant with the chance to gain a nationally recognised qualification whilst working for a very successful and established business. We are searching for someone driven and enthusiastic to join our team and learn all the fundamentals of Lettings!

How the Apprenticeship will work

Your studies will be delivered by a specialist apprenticeship firm and you will be remotely supported by a highly experienced tutor and assessor throughout your journey and will be completed during work hours. The course duration is 12 months.

The Level 2 Housing and Property Management Assistant favours coursework and projects over the need for exams, focusing on the knowledge and competency needed to enable you to excel your career!

You will also receive additional training from a leading property specialist who will provide you with all the tools to succeed.

Key Responsibilities of a Lettings Assistant Apprentice

  • Creating online advertisements for new property listings.
  • Obtaining videos to highlight our properties on various channels.
  • Conducting pre-tenancy checks to ensure every property meets our high standards.
  • Scheduling photos for properties ready to list.
  • Supporting the team with general office administration to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Clearing property access for new listings.
  • Handle key cutting for our properties.
  • Answering incoming calls and transferring them to the team accordingly or taking messages.

Who We're Looking For

  • Confident Communicator with a good telephone manner
  • Willingness to learn and develop within the organisation
  • Attention to detail and a strong ability to prioritise your workload
  • Hold a valid driving licence (essential)
  • Positive, can do attitude
