Multi-Skilled Maintenance Apprentice
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience while working towards the Level 3 Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician Apprenticeship.
As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced engineers to develop the skills and knowledge required to maintain, repair, and improve a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment. You will gain hands-on experience in:
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Fault diagnosis
- Equipment installation
- Continuous improvement activities
You will learn to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced engineering environment. Throughout the apprenticeship, you will receive structured training both in the workplace and with a training provider, developing competence in:

You will play an important role in supporting the reliability and performance of production equipment while building the skills needed for a successful career in engineering.

On successful completion, you will have achieved a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification and be well placed to progress into a qualified Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer role.
