Apprentice Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Manchester
Salary: National Apprenticeship Wage
Hours: Full-time (37.5–40 hours per week)

ZAM FM is an ACS Accredited Pacesetter security company, recognised as one of the top 20% of security providers in the UK. We deliver professional security and facilities management services across supported accommodation, healthcare, hospitality, retail, commercial, and public sector environments.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and develop a career in business development and marketing.
The Role
This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to gain practical experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification. You will support the sales and marketing team by helping to generate new business opportunities, manage marketing campaigns, and build strong relationships with prospective clients.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Research potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through telephone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Assist with preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Build and maintain the company CRM database.
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
- Assist with website updates and digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Support networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Respond professionally to customer enquiries.
- Produce marketing materials, newsletters, and email campaigns.
- Assist with general administration and reporting.
Skills & Qualities
We are looking for someone who is:
- Motivated and eager to learn.
- Confident speaking with customers over the phone and by email.
- Friendly, professional, and well presented.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and social media.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential Requirements
- GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above preferred).
- A genuine interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Willingness to complete the apprenticeship qualification.
