Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About this Employer

Little Acorns Montessori is a family-run group with three individual, thriving settings across Ascot, Bracknell and Crowthrone. Our well-established Ascot, Winkfield setting opened in 1994 and it has a strong local reputation and a beautiful rural setting. All our settings have a warm, welcoming, inclusive and high-quality learning environment where children can thrive. We nurture children’s curiosity, creativity, and confidence while fostering a love for lifelong learning. Our Montessori inspired curriculum blends child-led activity, explicit teaching/direction, and play, to deliver the EYFS effectively. We aim to serve our local communities with affordable, flexible, high-quality childcare that fits the needs of parents.

There are 2 rooms at Ascot, Little Oaks (2 Years Old) and Mighty Oaks (3+ Years). We really do try and look after our staff as best we can and we are a small but mighty family nursery.
