About The Employer

Little Heroes Nursery is a private nursery, offering year-round childcare for children from 3 months to 5 years old. Our Thames Ditton nursery was opened in July 2021. As of February 2023, we have now opened our second setting in East Molesey.

Little Heroes Nurseries have great indoor and outdoor spaces to ensure children get the most out of their time at their setting. We encourage a balance between fun and education to promote happy, confident, and well-rounded children.

What You'll Do

At Little Heroes, the fundamental principle is to provide an environment and experience for children to be happy. By providing a balance between education, encouragement, and fun, they believe that they offer a safe environment for children to express themselves and enjoy their early years.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
