Summary
Join our operations team as an Apprentice Operations Administrator. Support our Partner Manager, onboard engineers onto Bluekong Go, and give administrative support across projects and service delivery while gaining a Level 3 qualification.
Annual Wage
£19,000 - £23,132 First year.
- 16-18 year old's = £10.43 per hour, £365 per week, £19,000 per year
- 19-20 year old's = £10.85 per hour, £379 per week, £19.747 per year
- 21+ year old's = £12.71 per hour, £444 per week, £23,132 per year

- Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm with one hour for lunch.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What You’ll Do at Work
You'll work closely with our Partner Manager and Operations Teams to keep projects and service delivery running smoothly.
Day to day you'll guide new engineers through onboarding onto Bluekong Go.
You'll:
- Check their details and documents
- Update records and trackers
- Handle emails and calls, and help schedule work
- Prepare simple reports
- Chase information
You will play a key part in how our engineers and partners work with us.

Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

Candidates must be:
- Confident using a computer, including email, Microsoft Word and Excel (or similar applications)
- Have clear written and spoken communication, including over the phone
- Good organisation and the ability to manage several tasks at once
- Accurate data entry and record keeping
- No previous experience needed – full training will be provided

After this apprenticeship
Your earnings can increase over time with an apprenticeship.
On successful completion of this apprenticeship (21-Months) there is the potential to progress into a permanent Operations Administrator role, with opportunities to develop further into areas such as, partner management, engineer onboarding, project coordination or service delivery.
