About The Role

Part of the Outreach and Engagement Team, you will help increase awareness and participation in Family Hub services, particularly among families who may face barriers to accessing support. You will work alongside experienced professionals to deliver practical support, assist in facilitating activities and engage with communities.

  • Increase awareness and uptake of Family Hub services, particularly among families who are vulnerable, or are experiencing barriers to engagement
  • Promote engagement, inclusion, and participation with Family Hub services across communities.
  • Support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of services to ensure high-quality provision and positive outcomes for children and families.
  • Deliver 1:1 support for children, young people, and families.
  • Facilitate group sessions for children, young people and families.
  • Work with partners to ensure families receive the right support, at the right time, in an easy way.
