Apprentice Parts Advisor - Steven Eagell Toyota - Worchester
An apprentice Parts Advisor co-ordinates parts sales to ensure that customers are always able to have the parts they require when they need them. You will use the company’s computer system to log stock movements and produce orders, liaising with colleagues and deal with enquiries from both trade and retail customers.
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience. Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.

Requirements
- GCSE in: English & Maths (grade C/4 or above)
- Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.

Responsibilities
- The Apprentice Parts Advisor coordinates all parts sales to ensure that customers and technicians are always able to have the parts they require when they need them.
- Using the company’s sophisticated computer system to log stock movements and produce orders
- Liaising with colleagues and customers
- Developing selling skills to improve parts sales performance and dealing with enquiries from both trade and retail customers

- Off the job training is on a residential basis with 3 residential blocks and fortnightly 1-1 training. All travel and, accommodation costs are covered by the employer
