PA & Client Servicing: Executive & Diary Support

  • Manage the Business Owner’s inbox and calendar (scheduling meetings, debriefs, and client calls)
  • Provide personal / business 1:1 EA support

Client Onboarding & Relations

  • Act as the first point of contact for prospect and incoming client queries (routing technical issues to Admin)
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on client meetings

Service Proposition & Communications

  • Maintain client segmentation schedules (MiFID II)
  • Issue Wealth Accounts
  • Distribute market announcements
  • Send client gifts

Account Operations

  • Process fund switches
  • Handle withdrawal requests
  • Update CRM / Admin Centre data (address / bank details)
  • Nurture client relationships for referrals

Administration: Meeting & File Preparation

  • Create client meeting packs
  • Collaborate on APTs
  • Onboard new clients post-processing
  • Take meeting minutes

Task & Records Management

  • Input / delegate CRM tasks
  • Maintain electronic / physical files
  • Handle scanning
  • Use internal intranet systems
  • Ensure GDPR compliance

General Practice Support: Team Collaboration

  • Support the Director and Admin team
  • Assist colleagues with urgent priorities
  • Answer incoming calls professionally while logging interactions on CRM

Operational Quality

  • Identify service improvements
  • Keep office areas tidy
  • Ensure secure shredding of confidential documents

What you'll learn

Course contents

Skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation in order to: write letters or emails, create proposals, perform financial processes, record and analyse data. Examples include MS Office or equivalent packages. Able to choose the most appropriate IT solution to suit the business problem. Able to update and review databases, record information and produce data analysis where required.

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

  • Maths and English (grade 4 or above)
