Apprentice Property Maintenance Operative

£19,468.80 per annum
39 hours per week

Your role
As an Apprentice, you’ll learn while you work, gaining hands-on experience in a caring, supportive environment. You’ll be part of a team that enriches residents’ daily lives, building your confidence and skills as you go. This is a role where you can grow, try new things and make a meaningful difference from day one.

Your skills
You don’t need experience to get started, just a positive attitude and a genuine desire to support others. You’ll bring curiosity, kindness and the motivation to learn new skills. We’ll provide the training, guidance and encouragement to help you succeed and take your next steps in your career.
- A minimum of 2 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent qualifications), including English and Maths.
- If you are under 19 and do not hold the required GCSE grades, you will need to complete Functional Skills qualifications in English and Maths. Applicants aged 19 or over can choose to complete Functional Skills or opt out.
- Strong practical abilities and effective problem-solving skills.
- A willingness to take on hands-on, physically demanding work.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
