Here's a bit about the opportunity...

We're looking for apprentice Recruitment Co-ordinators to join our Resourcing Services team and start building a career in recruitment, candidate experience, and business administration.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a recent school leaver, or someone at the start of their career, who is organised, positive, and keen to learn in a supportive office-based team environment.

You'll complete a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship, typically over 15 months, while gaining practical experience supporting live recruitment campaigns for a range of well-known clients.

You'll be supported by experienced colleagues, a workplace buddy, regular one-to-ones with your manager, and training through our apprenticeship provider in Newbury town centre.

Candidate support and communication

  • Responding to candidate queries by email, webchat, and telephone with support from templates and guidance
  • Providing a friendly, professional, and helpful service throughout the recruitment process
  • Supporting candidate engagement activity, including reminders, courtesy messages, and follow-up communications

Recruitment administration

  • Updating candidate records accurately in applicant tracking systems and internal tools
  • Supporting candidate progression across application, assessment, interview, and offer stages
  • Following clear processes to help campaigns run smoothly and within agreed timescales

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
