About The Role
As an Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer in Leicester, you will join Pertemps Loughborough Commercial’s temporary recruitment team, earning £15,360 per annum on a full-time, permanent basis. Your week runs Monday to Friday, 40 hours. You will support consultants by sourcing candidates, managing bookings, and handling initial phone conversations. Strong organisation and clear communication are essential, alongside a genuine interest in helping people. Throughout the role, you will complete a recognised Recruitment Apprenticeship, combining practical experience with formal training. This position suits school or college leavers seeking a structured start in recruitment, with full guidance provided by seasoned professionals as you develop your skills.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll work alongside an experienced Recruitment Consultant, helping to find great candidates, guide them through the registration process, and make sure they're ready to start work. As a Recruitment Resourcer, You Will
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and advertising
- Speak with candidates to understand their skills and experience
- Register new candidates and guide them through the recruitment process
- Carry out compliance and right-to-work checks
- Create and manage job adverts
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases
- Chase outstanding documentation and keep records up to date
- Support onboarding and candidate aftercare
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team

What we're looking for
- A confident and friendly personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Someone who enjoys working with people and providing great service
No previous recruitment experience is required. Full training will be provided, and you'll work towards a recognised Recruitment Apprenticeship qualification while gaining valuable experience on the job.
