About the Opportunity

University isn't for everyone...

Neither is working in a job that means nothing.

If you're 18 or over, enjoy helping people and want a career where every day matters, this could be exactly what you're looking for.

This isn't just another apprenticeship.

It's your chance to start a career with one of the UK's leading specialist charities, supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy and complex needs.

You'll be paid from your very first day, receive expert training, gain a nationally recognised qualification and work alongside some of the very best people in social care.

And the best bit?

When you successfully complete your apprenticeship, you'll have the opportunity to move into a permanent Support Worker role earning £13.46 per hour.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
