Summary
Provide sales, customer service and administrative support across Elevation Academy. Manage employer and learner enquiries, CRM and booking records, support courses and apprenticeships, and contribute to marketing and employer engagement while studying for the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship qualification.
Wage
£15,600 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
Sales and customer support
- Respond professionally to enquiries received by telephone, email, website and other agreed channels.
- Provide clear information to employers and prospective learners about apprenticeships and commercial training courses.
- Prepare quotations, course information, proposals and routine sales correspondence.
- Arrange follow-up calls, appointments and meetings for the business development team.
- Support lead generation, employer engagement and sales campaigns.
- Maintain a professional and helpful customer experience from initial enquiry through to booking or handover.
CRM, pipeline and reporting
- Maintain accurate employer, customer, contact and opportunity records within HubSpot.
- Update sales trackers, pipeline stages, follow-up actions and management information.
- Check data for completeness and accuracy and follow Elevation Academy data-handling procedures.
- Produce routine reports and information to support sales and operational reviews.
Course and apprenticeship administration
- Support commercial course bookings, learner registrations and joining instructions.
- Liaise with customers, learners, trainers and internal colleagues to keep bookings and onboarding activity on track.
- Support apprenticeship recruitment and employer engagement administration.
- Assist with purchase orders, invoicing information and associated documentation.
- Maintain orderly electronic records and filing systems.
Marketing and wider team support
- Help coordinate email campaigns, social media activity and employer communications.
- Support careers events, exhibitions, open days and employer visits.
- Assist with preparing and maintaining promotional materials.
- Provide general administrative support across the academy where reasonably required.

Skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation in order to:
- write letters or emails, create proposals, perform financial processes, record and analyse data.
- Examples include MS Office or equivalent packages.
Able to choose the most appropriate IT solution to suit the business problem.
Able to update and review databases, record information and produce data analysis where required.
Produces accurate records and documents including:
- emails, letters, files, payments, reports and proposals.
Makes recommendations for improvements and present solutions to management.
Drafts correspondence, writes reports and able to review others' work.
Maintains records and files, handles confidential information in compliance with the organisation's procedures.
Coaches others in the processes required to complete these tasks.
Exercises proactivity and good judgement.
Makes effective decisions based on sound reasoning and is able to deal with challenges in a mature way.
Seeks advice of more experienced team members when appropriate.
Builds and maintains positive relationships within their own team and across the organisation.

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- English (grade 4)
