You'll:
- Speak with customers over the phone and by email
- Help new customers get set up and onboarded
- Keep customers updated throughout their application process
- Support the sales team with administration and reporting
- Maintain customer records using our CRM system
- Help customers activate and use their accounts
- Answer customer enquiries and provide excellent service
- Learn how to build long-term customer relationships
- Support customer retention activities and identify commercial opportunities

Over 12 months, you'll gain the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to become a Sales Executive, managing your own customer accounts and helping businesses across the UK succeed.

Essential Requirements
- You will need National 5's or equivalent A*-D, in Maths and English
- An interest in sales, business or customer service
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in retail, hospitality, sports clubs, volunteering or part-time work
- Used Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Outlook or Excel
- Experience dealing with customers
