Apprentice Skills Coach in Business Administration and Customer Service
We are looking for a full-time Apprentice Skills Coach in Business Administration and Customer Service! You must have an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration. If you do, we’ll provide the qualifications and skills needed to assess and verify.

What you’ll need
- Relevant occupational experience
- Enthusiasm, resilience, and high motivation
- Literacy and Numeracy to at least Level 2
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration
- Assessor qualifications (A1, TAQA, D32)
- Skills needed to support training needs of learners through a range of methodologies
