Apprentice Talent Acquisition Coordinator
This is a hybrid role, splitting your time between working from home and our Nottingham office.
As an Apprentice Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll join our Talent Acquisition team while completing a Level 3 Recruitment Apprenticeship over 18 months. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting recruitment activities across a variety of roles while developing the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in Talent Acquisition.
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers and candidates, you'll help deliver a positive and efficient recruitment experience from attraction through to onboarding.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment activity across a range of vacancies.
- Advertising vacancies across job boards, social media channels and other attraction platforms.
- Sourcing potential candidates and building talent pipelines.
- Screening applications and carrying out initial candidate conversations.
- Coordinating interviews and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Supporting hiring managers with recruitment administration and scheduling.
- Maintaining accurate candidate records within recruitment systems.
- Providing regular updates to candidates and stakeholders to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Supporting recruitment projects, employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.
- Completing your Level 3 Recruitment Resourcer Apprenticeship and applying your learning within the workplace.
What You'll Need To Succeed
We're looking for someone with enthusiasm, curiosity and a genuine interest in developing a career in recruitment.
You'll Ideally Have
- A strong interest in recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with a range of people.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- The ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths would be advantageous.
