As an Apprentice Team Leader with Urban Heritage, your motivational skills and passion for customer care make you the perfect person to lead our front of house teams. As an Apprentice Team Leader you will...
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
- Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
- Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
- Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

Training Details
You won't need to attend college, our apprenticeships are delivered through work-based training which includes a mixture of face-to-face sessions and remote Team calls with your Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks. You will also have a mentor within the workplace to support you. Obtain Functional Skills in English and Maths, with support tailored to your needs (if you don't already have GCSE or equivalents). Reviews every 12 weeks with the Apprentice, Line Manager and Lifetime Learner Coach including feedback sessions.
