Duties and Responsibilities

- Liaise daily with customers & advise them on numerous products and offers
- Generate business through leads and existing customers
- Serve customers at the Trade Counter
- Taking orders and payments in person, via telephone and email
- Monitor and accurately control stock.
- Stock ordering for all branches.
- Allocate stock and ensure the stock is delivered to the branches through our transport team.
- Receive deliveries from suppliers, ensure all quantities are correct undamaged, resolving any deficiencies/anomalies
- Promote additional products and services to customers.
- Complete customer collections
- Perform any other duties as may be deemed necessary or as may be required by the company
