Business Administration Apprentice
An exciting opportunity to join Wren Travel as a full-time Business Administration Apprentice. You will support the day-to-day running of our busy travel agency while working towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
About the Role
Wren Travel is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Business Administration Apprentice to join our growing team on a full-time basis.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will play a key part in supporting the smooth running of the business while gaining valuable experience within the travel industry.

Your Duties
- Managing incoming emails and responding to customer enquiries.
- Liaising with hotels, tour operators, and travel suppliers.
- Assisting with preparing bespoke holiday quotations.
- Supporting clients before, during, and after their bookings.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems.
- Preparing travel documentation and customer mail packs.
- Writing personalised postcards for clients.
- Assisting with general office administration and filing.
- Supporting marketing activities and social media where required.
- Providing excellent customer service both over the phone and via email.
