Role Description
The Apprentice Training Content Developer will design, develop, and update training materials that support apprentices working in community pharmacies. This contract role involves creating clear, engaging learning content such as modules, guides, presentations, and assessments aligned with apprenticeship standards and pharmacy practice.

Day-to-day tasks include:
- Supporting members with their use of the Training Platform
- Collaborating with subject matter experts
- Researching regulatory and industry requirements
- Structuring content for digital delivery
- Ensuring materials are accessible and easy to understand
The role is hybrid, based in Birmingham, with regular onsite collaboration and some work from home to write, edit, and refine training content. The individual will also gather feedback from learners and trainers to continuously improve learning resources and maintain version control and documentation.

Qualifications
- Level 3 qualifications or above. Science or Computer Science aren’t essential but would be an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and research skills
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Full Driving Licence
- Commitment to completing a level 5 apprenticeship
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, attending in-person meetings in Birmingham while completing focused content development tasks
