About the Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, working for one of the UK’s leading B2B suppliers to the garment decoration industry. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in warehouse operations while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
Role Responsibilities
In this role, you'll support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse by:
- Receiving deliveries
- Storing products safely
- Preparing customer orders with care and accuracy
You'll help maintain high housekeeping standards, follow company processes, and work collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure we consistently deliver an excellent service to our customers.
Apprenticeship Details
Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.

As an Apprentice Warehouse Operative, you'll complete both on-the-job and off-the-job training with PenCarrie and Trans Plant Mastertrain. All training will be delivered on site at PenCarrie in Willand. During your apprenticeship, you'll work towards a Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative qualification, which includes training in the safe operation of manual handling equipment, such as forklift trucks.
Qualifications and Experience
Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
