Apprentice Service Advisor (CSR), based Bristol

Apprenticeship Duration: 12 months, followed by a 3-month End Point Assessment (EPA) period

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm (40 hours a week)

Pay: Dependent on your age, the apprentice rates will be as follows:

  • 16-17 yrs £8.24
  • 18-20 yrs £11.18
  • 21+ yrs £12.71

Learning: Combination of online learning and in-centre assessments

Overview

  • Understand and perform front of house customer service tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Develop skills in communication, problem-solving, and professional conduct
  • Prepare for the End Point Assessment and demonstrate competence according to the apprenticeship standard

The role of a CSR within Renault Truck Commercials provides the first impression to our customers, either by phone or face to face when they come into the dealership. This role is a key link between the customer, the workshop, invoicing, and the Manager, so excellent communication skills are at the core of a CSR's role. There will also be computer systems to learn alongside working on Microsoft applications including Teams.

Whilst undertaking the apprenticeship, you will be on site working alongside our team of CSRs, Parts Advisors, Workshop Manager, and liaising with many internal stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career within the global brand of Renault Trucks.
