About Us

We are a rapidly growing training provider dedicated to shaping the future of care and education. Due to expanding demand across our Residential Childcare programmes, we are seeking dedicated, qualified Assessors to join our delivery team.

The Role

You will manage a dedicated caseload of approximately 40 learners, supporting them through their apprenticeship standards, or standalone diploma qualifications, from enrolment to completion, inclusive of End-Point Assessment (EPA). Using e-portfolio and learning tools, you will deliver high-quality, hybrid learning (combining interactive remote sessions with essential face-to-face workplace visits covering practical competencies).

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and comprehensive teaching, learning, and assessments to learners on Residential Childcare programmes (Levels 3–5), ensuring compliance with recognised standards and organisational policies.
  • Plan, organise, and conduct sessions both on-site at the learner’s workplace and remotely as needed for observation requirements, maintaining upkeep of administrative processes via Smart Assessor and Century Tech platforms to monitor progress, log learning hours, and give actionable feedback.
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 40 learners, keeping them on track for timely completion.
  • Collaborate with employers, internal staff, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure learners are on track and meeting their learning objectives, or to then establish support plans to ensure they can meet their learning objectives.
  • Embed Functional Skills (Maths & English), Safeguarding, Prevent, and British Values into delivery.
  • Contribute to the promotion of a positive learning environment that encourages continuous improvement, professionalism, and keeping up to date with changes in apprenticeship standards, childcare legislation, and best practices within the sector.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
