Location: Remote
Salary: £38,000

Seeking an engaging Apprenticeship Assessor / Coach with experience delivering Management and Team Leading programmes for a growing organisation that operates a 4-day working week.

Overview:

Working for an established and financially secure provider, you will deliver Management and Team Leading programmes to large cohorts before the funding cut off, with longer term transition to AI, Data and related programmes and units as the funding landscape changes.

A typical week:

  • Manage a caseload of apprentices
  • Deliver personalised online coaching sessions
  • Review, monitor & evaluate learner progress
  • Support learners with assessment prep

You'll need the following:

  • Management L5 & Team Leading L3 delivery experience
  • 1 year management experience
  • Assessor or teaching qualification
  • Confident communication & engagement skills
