Role: Client Relations Manager
Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Build relationships. Support employers. Create opportunities across Cornwall.
Dynamo Healthcare Training is looking for an experienced and highly personable Client Relations Manager to strengthen our relationships with employers across Cornwall.
This is an important role within our growing organisation. We are looking for someone who understands apprenticeships and employer-led training and can build trusted, long-term relationships with both our existing employer partners and new organisations.
You will act as a key link between Dynamo and the local employer community, ensuring that employers receive an excellent service while identifying opportunities to support their current and future workforce development needs.
Although this is a commercially focused position, it is not simply a sales role. We want someone who can become a trusted partner to employers, understand their workforce challenges and recommend appropriate apprenticeship, training and skills solutions.
The Role
As Client Relations Manager, you will:
- Manage and develop relationships with Dynamo’s existing employers across Cornwall.
- Identify and engage new employers who could benefit from apprenticeships and workforce development.
- Meet employers face-to-face and develop strong, long-term professional relationships.
- Understand employers’ workforce, recruitment, retention and skills challenges.
- Promote appropriate apprenticeship programmes and other Dynamo training solutions.
- Generate high-quality apprenticeship opportunities and learner referrals.
- Support employers in understanding apprenticeship funding, eligibility and their responsibilities.
- Work closely with Dynamo’s curriculum, recruitment, operations and apprenticeship delivery teams.
- Maintain regular contact with employers throughout the learner journey.
- Monitor employer satisfaction and respond quickly where issues arise.
- Support employer retention and identify opportunities to expand existing relationships.
- Represent Dynamo at employer meetings, networking events, care-sector forums and relevant events across Cornwall.
- Maintain accurate employer engagement and pipeline information using Dynamo’s CRM and reporting systems.
- Contribute to agreed employer engagement, apprenticeship start and business development targets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
