Apprenticeship Industry Trainer - Business Services

Department: Access Industry Apprenticeships

Location: Predominantly Online / Remote (with local employer workshops)

Contract: Full-time (Part-time possible)

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 FTE

About The Role

Are you an experienced business, customer service, or leadership professional with a passion for developing talent? We are seeking a dedicated Apprenticeship Industry Trainer to deliver engaging learning for our Business Administrator (Level 3), Customer Service (Levels 2 & 3), and Team Leader / Supervisor (Level 3) standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver & Educate: Lead high-quality virtual webinars, workshops, and 1-to-1 coaching.
  • Manage Caseload: Support a portfolio of 40-45 active apprentices (pro-rata for part-time) through to successful End Point Assessment (EPA).
  • Track & Guide: Monitor progress, ensure off-the-job training compliance, and coordinate individualized learning plans.
  • Employer Engagement: Work alongside employers and line managers to align workplace learning with apprenticeship standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering vocational or apprenticeship training in business, admin, customer experience, or leadership.
  • Solid understanding of ESFA funding rules, EPA preparation, and Ofsted EIF.
  • Level 2 (or higher) in Maths and English.
  • Teaching (AET/CET/DET) or Assessor (CAVA/TAQA) qualifications are highly desirable.
  • Excellent virtual delivery, organizational skills, and a data-driven approach to progress tracking.
