Apprenticeship Programme Manager
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE
Location: Fully Remote
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Pertemps is delighted to be partnering with a respected Ofsted Good training provider to recruit an experienced Apprenticeship Programme Manager to oversee a portfolio of Professional Services and Business Support apprenticeship programmes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven apprenticeship professional to lead a team of Trainers and Coaches, drive learner success, enhance quality and compliance, and play a key role in shaping the future of apprenticeship delivery within a growing organisation.
The Role
As Apprenticeship Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the performance, quality and operational delivery of apprenticeship programmes, ensuring learners and employers receive an outstanding experience throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a team of Trainers and Coaches
- Driving learner retention, achievement and timely completions
- Monitoring programme performance, KPIs and quality targets
- Ensuring compliance with apprenticeship funding rules and Ofsted requirements
- Building strong relationships with employers and key stakeholders
- Supporting curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contributing to SAR, QUIP and wider quality assurance activities
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience managing apprenticeship delivery teams
- Strong knowledge of Professional Services and Business Support apprenticeship standards
- A background working within an apprenticeship training provider
- Good understanding of apprenticeship funding and Ofsted requirements
- A recognised Teaching and/or Assessor qualification
- Experience driving quality improvement and learner outcomes
- Excellent people management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience contributing to Ofsted inspections, SARs and Quality Improvement Plans
