In this role, you will work closely with the Apprenticeship Manager to design and deliver a structured onboarding experience for Customer Success apprentices. You’ll support recruitment efforts and act as a trusted guide throughout the early stages of their SAP journey.

Duration: 6 months
Start date: September 7, 2026

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Design and deliver a clear onboarding and development plan for sales and solution advisory apprentices, working with colleagues from around the SAP UK&I business to create meaningful enablement sessions for students
  • Support recruitment activities and help identify great candidates
  • Run regular 1:1s, providing coaching, feedback, and day-to-day support of apprentices
  • Partner with Sales Managers to review apprentice progress, celebrating successes and identifying development areas
  • Work closely with the Apprenticeship Manager and wider teams to ensure apprentices have meaningful work, clear objectives, and a strong support network

What you bring

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: you will need to work with colleagues across different teams and seniority
  • Coaching and mentoring capabilities: particularly supporting early-career talent
  • Empathy and interpersonal communication, you will need to build trust with apprentice and support diverse learning needs
  • An understanding of the B2B sales cycle or SAP ecosystem is a plus

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
