Introduction
This role would predominantly be based at our head office in Spalding but flexibility to travel will be required in line with the needs of the business. Full training will be given, accuracy and attention to detail is an essential requirement.

Overall Purpose of the Job:
- To support the provision of an effective and efficient customer service function by:
- Promoting the company services and products to potential as well as existing customers.
- Dealing professionally with incoming calls from/making outgoing calls to existing and prospective customers, providing information and follow-up actions as required.
- Preparing learner paperwork packs and supporting the wider business.
