Apprenticeships Account Manager (Creative Industries & Commercial)
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 FTE + Uncapped Commission / OTE
Contract: Permanent | Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Hybrid / Flexible (with national travel as required)
Reporting to: Head of Apprenticeships / Head of Sales

Are you a proven apprenticeship sales professional with a track record of winning new business and managing high-value employer partnerships? Access Industry is seeking a dynamic, target-driven Apprenticeships Account Manager to expand our employer footprint across the UK.
While our primary focus is expanding our flagship Creative Industries provision, partnering with employers across live events, film, TV, theatre, venues, and cultural institutions—we also welcome sales talent with experience across Marketing, Content Creation, Sport, Teaching Assistant, or Business Services standards.
If you know the apprenticeship landscape inside out and thrive on converting employer conversations into long-term partnerships, this is your platform to build, perform, and earn without limits.
What You’ll Do
- Drive New Business: Proactively identify and engage prospective employers, building a robust sales pipeline and converting opportunities into high-volume apprenticeship starts.
- Manage & Grow Accounts: Nurture your portfolio of employer partnerships, delivering exceptional account management to secure repeat business and expand levy/non-levy spend.
- Champion Creative & Vocational Talent: Act as an ambassador for Access Industry's specialized apprenticeship programmes, aligning workforce solutions with employer skills gaps.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with our Internal Recruitment, Onboarding, Marketing, Curriculum, and Delivery teams to deliver an outstanding employer journey from lead generation to enrolment and beyond.

What We Are Looking For
- Essential Experience: Proven, hands-on experience in apprenticeship sales, business development, and employer account management.
- Commercial Mindset: Strong pipeline management, consultative selling ability, and a track record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
- Industry Familiarity: Knowledge of the Creative, Cultural, Live Events, or broader vocational training markets (or a strong network in related sectors).
- Self-Motivated & Agile: Comfortable operating autonomously in a hybrid model, balancing remote outreach, high-impact meetings, and national client visits.
