2027 Apprenticeships Now Open
We're now recruiting for our 2027 apprenticeship programmes, with three different apprenticeships to choose from:
- Plant Operator Apprenticeship
- Plant Mechanic Apprenticeship
- HGV Driver Apprenticeship
Whether you want to operate heavy plant, learn how to maintain and repair machinery, or build a career behind the wheel of an HGV, there's an opportunity to get started with Tru7.
Our apprenticeships offer the chance to learn, earn and develop real-world skills while working alongside experienced teams across our business. It's a hands-on route into a career within the construction, plant and transport industries, with the opportunity to build valuable skills and experience from day one.

Requirements:
Plant Operator
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
- Valid HSE test pass

Plant Mechanic
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
HGV Driver
- HGV provisional licence
- Full UK driving licence with minimum of 12 months' experience and no driving offences
