Permanent position
Rate of pay £20.18 per hour
Full-time | Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm | Friday 8:00am-2:30pm
On-Call & Additional Benefits
- Monthly on-call rota with a £100 call-out bonus (paid whether called out or not)
- Minimum 4 hours paid per call-out, even if the job takes less time
- Van and tools provided
An established Facilities Management provider in the Northeast is seeking a Time Served Electrician to join their team. The business delivers a wide range of services including air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and catering equipment support to a diverse client base.

This is a site-based position involving:
- Electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults
- Conducting inspections and preventative maintenance
- Ensuring compliance with current safety standards and regulations
- Working collaboratively to meet service deadlines

What We're Looking For
- Time Served Electrician
- Experience in electrical work, maintenance, and repair
- Fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Good understanding of electrical engineering principles
- Relevant electrical qualifications/certifications
- Experience within facilities management or similar sector
