Role Description

The Approved Electrician will carry out on-site electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work on commercial and industrial projects in Bristol. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing and testing electrical systems, fault-finding and diagnostics, and performing routine and reactive maintenance in accordance with relevant regulations and company procedures. The role involves working in Ex hazardous areas, following strict safety standards, reading and interpreting technical drawings, and completing accurate documentation and reports. The Approved Electrician will collaborate with mechanical and electrical colleagues, liaise with site supervisors and clients, and support project delivery within agreed timescales and quality requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bristol, which may require occasional travel to client sites and participation in out-of-hours or call-out work as needed.
