Company Description

White Space Distribution is a music distribution platform designed for independent artists who want greater control over their careers. The company combines global digital distribution with personalized 1:1 A&R support, helping artists plan releases, grow their audience, and build sustainable, long-term careers. By removing the need for traditional management, White Space empowers artists to access professional guidance while maintaining ownership of their music and creative vision. The platform focuses on providing the tools, insights, and flexibility artists need to succeed on their own terms in a fast-evolving music industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote A&R role focused on identifying, supporting, and developing independent artists on the White Space Distribution platform. The A&R team member will scout and evaluate emerging talent across genres, review artist catalogs and upcoming releases, and provide strategic guidance on release planning, audience growth, and catalog optimization. The role includes regular 1:1 consultations with artists, offering feedback on creative direction, branding, and positioning while aligning release strategies with platform best practices and market trends. The A&R professional will collaborate with internal teams to share artist insights, support marketing initiatives, and ensure that artists receive consistent, high-quality support. Daily work involves maintaining strong relationships with artists, monitoring performance data, and proactively suggesting actions to enhance reach, engagement, and long-term career growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
