Max Music Publishing is looking for new A&R talent to join our team.
We’re an independent music publisher working in partnership with Universal Music Publishing worldwide, with around 7,000 works and a roster including UB40, The Reytons, The Skinner Brothers and Youngs Teflon.
We’re looking for people who are obsessed with discovering new music, know their scene and have the confidence to approach artists early.

- The role is remote, flexible and commission-based and can work alongside other employment or freelance work.
- We’re particularly interested in candidates based in Manchester, Birmingham, Brighton and London, but open to great people anywhere in the UK.
