What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as the dedicated operational contact for Arabic and English-speaking enterprise accounts.
  • Facilitate client kick-offs, run 1:1 onboarding calls, and adapt lightweight training materials.
  • Manage asynchronous technical troubleshooting: log bugs, gather screenshots/console data, and resolve issues within a tight 1-to-2-hour response SLA.
  • Work a Sunday through Thursday schedule to align with regional client operations.
  • Partner with internal Engagement Managers to track adoption metrics and platform utilisation.

What You’ll Bring

  • Native-level fluency in Arabic and professional fluency in English.
  • 2+ years of external client-facing experience in SaaS implementation, customer success, or tech support.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously using tools like Slack, Jira, Asana, Google Workspace, or Monday.com.
  • High adaptability to rapid software updates and dynamic feature changes.

Contract Details

  • 12-month contract.
  • Initial 30-hour work week (8 AM – 2 PM daily schedule) with the potential to ramp up to 40 hours based on performance.
  • Workday Days: Sunday to Thursday.
