About The Opportunity

Step into a vital role that places you at the heart of client success, driving the implementation and adoption of transformative learning solutions. As a key player, you will manage critical account implementations, facilitate successful platform rollouts, and ensure our enterprise clients maximize the value of their investment. This position offers a unique chance to shape client experiences, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to the growth of a globally recognized technology leader. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary operational contact for both Arabic and English-speaking enterprise accounts, building strong relationships.
  • Lead client kick-offs, conduct personalized onboarding sessions, and strategically structure learning program rollouts.
  • Efficiently manage asynchronous technical troubleshooting, including logging bugs, collecting diagnostic information, and resolving setup issues within strict response timeframes.
  • Work a Sunday through Thursday schedule to align seamlessly with the operational days of our regional clients.
  • Track project deliverables using various project management tools and analyze fundamental platform adoption metrics to inform strategy.

What You’ll Bring

  • Native-level fluency in Arabic and professional fluency in English, enabling seamless communication with diverse clients.
  • A minimum of 2 years of B2B client-facing experience in project management, customer success, or technical support roles within a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or Notion.
  • Exceptional asynchronous communication skills and a proven ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Availability to work a Sunday–Thursday shift pattern and a notice period of 2 weeks or less.
