Job Opportunity at Fast Growing Tree Surgery Company
Fast growing tree surgery company based in North Scotland, 50/50 domestic and commercial work split including bits of forestry, highways contracts and tree surveying both commercial and domestic.
We don't do commercial line clearance, we do take good care of our staff.
Yard is based in Keith, Moray, Scotland.
We are looking for a new Team leader to join our fabulous bunch of folk!
Strong climbing skills necessary, primarily because you will be teaching the newer members and you can teach better if you know what you are doing! Must be prepared to carry out all aspects of arb work, yes, including hedges, and teach a good work ethos including excellent cleanup and customer care.

Perfect candidate to have:
- Attention to detail
- An eye for pruning (pruning will usually need to be to BS3998)
- Be customer focused
Small(ish) friendly team and good pay, well equipped with machinery including Merlo Roto with grapple head, mini loader etc.

You will need:
- All the qualifications to go with our chainsaw and climbing experience
- We can do gaps in knowledge if, for example, you are used to primarily Utilities, we can teach the pruning
- You do need to be a competent and experienced climber, willing to muck in, and a decent person
