Here at Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks, we are looking for an Experienced Arcade Technician to join our team.
You must be enthusiastic and reliable with an outgoing personality that is geared to deliver amazing customer service to each and every one of our guests. Previous hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of amusement machines is essential.
Position Details:
- Permanent or seasonal full-time position.
- Start Date: TBC
- Availability required for evenings, weekends, bank, and school holidays.
- Own transport desirable due to shift pattern and location.
- Previous experience in Arcade essential.

As a member of our Arcade Team, you will be responsible for:
- Maintain, service, and repair arcade and amusement machines.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software faults.
- Respond to machine breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Carry out routine preventative maintenance and safety checks.
- Install, test, and configure new machines and equipment.
- Order and manage spare parts, stock, and consumables.
- Maintain accurate service and repair records.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support.
- Ensure machines are clean, safe, and fully operational.
- Follow company procedures and health and safety requirements.
