Responsibilities of the Role

• Lead and manage residential projects through all RIBA stages, with a particular focus on technical design, construction, and project delivery.
• Take ownership of project coordination, ensuring design quality, programme, and client expectations are consistently achieved.
• Develop detailed drawing packages, planning applications, technical information, and construction documentation.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors throughout project delivery.
• Contribute to design development, technical problem-solving, and project coordination.
• Attend site meetings and support projects through construction and completion.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver thoughtful, sustainable, and well-resolved architectural solutions.
• Support and mentor junior team members as your responsibilities develop.
• Play an active role in maintaining the collaborative and design-focused culture of the studio.
