This opportunity is with a highly respected architectural practice known for delivering large-scale, technically challenging projects across the healthcare, life sciences and education sectors. With a strong pipeline of work and projects at a variety of stages, the team is looking to add an Architect who enjoys working collaboratively and wants exposure to some of the most interesting and rewarding sectors in the industry. Whether your strengths lie in design, project delivery or technical coordination, you'll have the chance to work alongside experienced sector specialists on projects that make a genuine difference to communities, research institutions and educational environments.
The Role
You'll be involved in the design and delivery of healthcare, life sciences and education projects across multiple RIBA stages, working closely with clients, consultants and project teams throughout the project lifecycle. The role offers excellent exposure to complex projects, giving you the opportunity to develop both your technical and professional skills while contributing to high-quality design outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to healthcare, life sciences and education projects across multiple RIBA stages.
- Develop design proposals, planning packages and technical information.
- Coordinate consultants, clients and wider project teams.
- Prepare planning, technical and construction documentation.
- Attend project meetings, design workshops and site visits.
- Support project delivery from concept through to completion.
- Maintain high standards of design quality and technical delivery.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary project environment.
Requirements
- ARB-registered Architect, 1-4 years PQE.
- Experience working within a UK architectural practice.
- Previous experience within healthcare, life sciences, education or other complex project sectors preferred.
- Good Revit proficiency.
- Strong design, technical and coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience working with consultant teams and multiple stakeholders.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to project delivery.
