About the Role

A highly respected, award-winning architecture practice based in London is looking to appoint a talented Architect to join its collaborative and design-led team. Known for delivering exceptional hospitality and hotel projects both in the UK and internationally, the studio has built a strong reputation for thoughtful, high-quality design and technical excellence.

With a supportive studio culture, clear career progression, and flexible hybrid working, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Architect to develop their career within a well-established and growing practice.

The Role

You will be involved in the delivery of projects across RIBA Stages 3–5, contributing to the technical design and construction phases of high-profile schemes. This role offers the chance to work closely with senior team members while taking increasing ownership of project packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to project delivery across Stages 3–5 (Developed Design to Construction)
  • Produce detailed technical drawings and coordinated packages using Revit
  • Work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Assist in ensuring design intent is maintained through construction
  • Support project coordination and technical resolution on live projects

Key Requirements

  • Part 3 qualified Architect with ARB or RIBA registration
  • 1–2 years post-qualification experience in practice
  • Strong experience working on technical and delivery stages (3–5)
  • Proficiency in Revit (essential)
  • Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach
