Job Description
- Collaborate with a high-performing design team on a major, complex mixed-use project.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of design concepts across RIBA Stages 0–3.
- Explore and develop multiple design iterations across mixed-use architecture, urban design and associated public realm.
- Test ideas through feasibility studies, concept sketches and early-stage design development.
- Produce compelling design and presentation material to clearly communicate concepts internally and externally.
- Contribute to the preparation of Design and Access Statements and wider planning documentation.

Key Skills
- Previous competition-stage experience is highly desirable
- Strong proficiency in Revit and / or Rhino is essential
- Experience across transport, urban design, masterplanning, or other large-scale complex projects preferred
- Excellent design and graphical ability demonstrated through portfolio
- Must be available at short notice / within 2 weeks
