Description
As an Architect at Foster + Partners, you will help shape innovative and inspiring architecture that brings together design, technology, sustainability and human experience. Working as part of multidisciplinary project teams, you will contribute to the development and delivery of world-class projects, taking ownership of key design elements while collaborating with colleagues and consultants to create exceptional architectural solutions.
This role is ideal if you want to:
- Prepare and develop drawings, models, images and other design documentation that help bring ambitious architectural concepts to life.
- Collaborate with and support multidisciplinary internal design teams on complex and high-profile projects.
- Take ownership of specific aspects of design and project development, helping shape projects from concept through delivery.
- Build strong relationships with external consultants, collaborators and project stakeholders across the design process.
- Continuously develop your technical, design and professional expertise within a world-leading architectural practice.

What you will bring to the team:
- 3 to 5 years of experience working as an Architect.
- Experience in using a variety of media to develop, communicate and document architectural design projects.
- A proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and respond positively to direction and feedback.
- Strong conceptual design skills, coupled with the confidence to present and discuss ideas within multidisciplinary teams.
- Advanced Revit proficiency, with the ability to produce and coordinate high-quality project information throughout all design stages.
- The ability to support and mentor junior assistant architects, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Commercial awareness, including an understanding of delivering projects on time and within budget.
