Architect
Glasgow
£40,000 - £45,000
If you’re an Architect who wants their portfolio to actually turn heads, this is one of those rare opportunities.
I’m recruiting for a Glasgow-based studio with a long track record of delivering world-class hospitality projects, the kind of 5★ hotels you see in glossy travel magazines and think, “I’d love to say I worked on that.”
This role is ideal for a 3–5 year PQE Architect who wants to step into large-scale, design-driven international work with serious ambition and serious budgets.
What you’ll be working on
- High-end luxury hotels in exotic global destinations.
- Complex, design-led hospitality environments with real creative freedom.
- Projects where quality, detail, and guest experience genuinely matter.
- Collaborating with talented designers, FF&E specialists, and international client teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
