Hiring: Platform Architect
Location: Remote (EMEA)
Contract -IR35: Inside IR35
Rate: £380–£400 per day
We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect to join a large enterprise digital transformation programme supporting customers across the EMEA region. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in platform architecture, ITSM, enterprise integrations, CMDB, technical governance, and multiple ServiceNow workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
- Define ServiceNow platform strategy, instance architecture, governance, and best practices.
- Work closely with enterprise architects, platform owners, business leaders, and development teams.
- Translate business objectives into scalable technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
- Provide architectural guidance across multiple ServiceNow engagements.
- Design enterprise integrations using REST APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Ensure platform health by reducing technical debt and implementing ServiceNow best practices.
- Support solution estimation, technical governance, architecture reviews, and pre-sales activities.
- Mentor technical teams and contribute to ServiceNow architecture standards.
- Support enterprise digital transformation initiatives across complex environments.

Essential Skills
- 6-8+ years of ServiceNow consulting, architecture, or professional services experience.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect.
- Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow ITSM (mandatory).
- Experience with one or more of the following modules:
- HRSD
- SPM
- IRM
- CMDB
- CSM
- Strong experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and instance strategy.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience establishing technical governance and architecture standards.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading enterprise architecture and digital transformation programmes.
