Our client is an AJ100, award-winning, employee-owned architecture studio delivering high-quality commercial, residential, and hospitality work across the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth, they're hiring across five roles in their London studio — full details below.
Job-Running Architect (Commercial) — £48k–£55k
Leading a prominent commercial retrofit of a listed building in Central London for an institutional client, including a new rooftop pavilion, amenity space, interior design, and Cat A fitout. Job-running from design through to delivery, working across all RIBA Stages 0–6.
- 3+ years' post-Part 3 experience considered, 5+ years ideal
- Proven job-running experience essential
- Commercial building experience preferred; listed building experience a plus
- Proficient in Revit; Principal Designer experience required
Residential Design Architect — £48k–£55k
Working on complex prime Central London developments and urban regeneration schemes, including Kings Road Park, Lillie Square, and the Slough town centre regeneration.

- 3–5 years' post-qualification experience
- Proven residential design flair
- Higher Risk Building design experience
- Proficient in Revit, rendering, and presentation software
Technical Architect / Technologist (Residential) — £50k–£55k
Taking residential projects from Stage 4 onwards into technical delivery, with a strong focus on interior detail on high-end schemes.
- 6+ years' experience — Architects, Technologists, and Technicians all considered
- High-end residential experience from Stage 4 onwards preferred
- Higher Risk Building design experience preferred
- Proficient in Revit, rendering, and presentation software
Part III Technical Architect (Hospitality) — £42k–£45k
Two roles for rounded architects developing their technical skillset across large-scale hospitality projects, with a focus on RIBA Stages 3–5.
- 1–3 years' post-qualification experience
- Good technical knowledge, coordinating consultants, and setting up façade and fit-out drawing packages
- Hospitality experience and larger-scale project exposure preferred, not essential

Part III Project Architect (Hospitality) — £45k–£55k
Running hospitality and interior fit-out projects from planning through to delivery, client-facing throughout.
- 3–5 years' post-qualification experience
- Proven project-running experience in hospitality/interior fit-out
- Confident leading client and project team meetings
- Experience across RIBA Stages 1–6, including planning
