Location: Truro

Salary: GBP37:45,000

An exciting opportunity is available for a talented Architect to join a well-established and highly regarded architectural practice in Truro. Renowned for delivering creative, practical, and sustainable design solutions, the practice works across a broad portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, offering the chance to work on a variety of interesting and rewarding projects. This position would suit an Architect who enjoys seeing projects through from initial concept to completion, working closely with clients and consultants, and contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality developments.

  • Develop innovative design proposals and technical solutions.
  • Manage projects throughout all RIBA work stages.
  • Produce planning, building regulations, and construction drawings.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities.
  • Attend client meetings and site visits as required.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget, and the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain compliance with current Building Regulations and industry best practice.

About You

  • ARB registered Architect.
  • Proven experience delivering projects across all RIBA work stages.
  • Strong design, presentation, and technical detailing skills.
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard software.
  • Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction techniques.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to manage your own workload while working effectively within a team.
