Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Architect or Technologist to join our creative team, dedicated to transforming visions into inspiring built environments. In this role, based in Bristol, they will design projects from concept through construction, ensuring that every detail aligns with client goals.

  • Develop comprehensive architectural designs, using software such as Vectorworks and SketchUp to create detailed plans and 3D models.
  • Contribute to feasibility studies, concept and detailed designs.
  • Produce planning, building regulations and construction drawings.
  • Participate in design team meetings and liaise with consultants and contractors.
  • Conduct site visits and assist with surveys, reports and project administration.
  • Stay up to date with building regulations, planning policies and construction standards.

Experience

  • Strong background in Architecture, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant architectural and creative software.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for good design.
  • Hands-on construction experience that provides insight into building processes.
  • Strong understanding of joinery techniques and materials.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and coordinate complex design details effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of UK planning and building regulations.
